i almost swore that i would not watch american idol anymore when i thought that jordin sparks received the lowest number of votes. it was the first time that no one actually went home. instead, the votes that they received yesterday will be credited to next week's performance and two finalists shall bid their adieu. i pray that it will be lakisha and melinda.

being a yaya of two brats is not actually easy.

i really love jordin sparks and she shall take home the glory of american idol season 6. i'm excited for tomorrow's show and i can't waiiiiiiiiit. i think that lakisha will go home with her rendition of "i believe".

there's a meeting de avance held at the basketball court this night. at this moment, i can hear all the platforms that mayor saquilayan is planning when he takes on another term as the mayor of our little barrio. of course, i'll vote him!:D

CIO Conference

The CIO Conference turned out to be a successful event. the morning session was quite boring but then during the afternoon session, we did a lot of things that kept reena, francis, jester and i busy.

the dinner also served as an avenue to talk with some of the ICT professionals in the industry. and of course, an old man fell in love with reena ;)

oh yeah, the freebies were also great. one bag from dlsu and an alarm clock from miss beautiful of Asian Center for information technology and telecommunications, wahahaha!

we had lunch at "president's restaurant" today and lolo ordered so much.
then, we headed to sm megamall where there was a massive crowd of people shopping. i looked for a coat for the CIO Seminar tomorrow and i really had a hard time finding one that suited me. i even went to the kids' department store to check if there was a size that could actually fit me, but it was way too small. fortunately, i was able to find one at the men's department, XS in size but it was way too expensive for an 18 year old like me. at least, i have something to wear.

i was also lucky that the red light in krispy kreme was turned on when i bought a dozen donuts. wahahaha! anyway, we had dinner at RaCks' and i ate too much baby back ribs. i also ate so much kellogs gummie candies after.

and the day turned relaxing, without any worries ;)

japala1 - 3.5
engltri - 3.5
stramis - 3.5
bpoutsr - 3.0
mobicom - 2.0
GPA: 3.25

and by the way, camille's GPA amounted to 3.083. camille is officially a dean's lister too!:D
and of course, what can you expect with a reena?!? her GPA amounted to 3.7+...
reena and i think that camille deserves to give us a treaT. hmmmmmm... max brenner will be fine.

i also thank you Lord for having SanJaya eliminated from American Idol. Thank yOu!

since last week, jordin sparks became my bet to be the ultimate winner in american idol season 6. she's soooo damn great, sweet and likeable.

tonight, simon predicted again that she can utimately win the competition, just like what he said to carrie underwood :D

the days i spent in hongkong can be summed up in one word: unforgettable. the cold weather that i love complemented all the beautiful attractions we went to. click images to enlarge ;)

// at the lobby of marco polo hotel. this was taken just on the 6th day of april where people only look forward to the easter and never reflect during lent.

// waiting for the symphony of lights which was amazing

// at the other side of the main station of the cable car lies a village named ngong ping. this is the place where the gigantic golden statue of buddha can be found. by the way, the temperature when we went here was only 5 degrees celsius. it took us 300 steps to get to that buddha. whew. but we had no sweat at all.

// walt disney has this great power to transform every adult into a little child again, fascinated with all the disney characters through the realization of a place called disneyland. in this place, time rewinded and transformed me into a little child.

space mountain is so far the best in disneyland. we rode it for three times.

the abyss experience was one of a kind. it gave me a different perspective.

we were kinda vain that we ran out of memory card. so, we bought additional 1 gig and was still able to manage it ;)
